Our story
Intology was founded to give organisations a different kind of consulting partner - one that is genuinely independent, pragmatic, and accountable for the outcomes we recommend. Over more than a decade we've helped scale-ups, PE-backed businesses and large enterprises navigate the most demanding transformation, assurance and M&A challenges.
Our consultants are seasoned practitioners - people who have led large programmes, sat on transformation steering committees, and turned around delivery in difficulty. That experience shapes how we work: strategic where it matters, hands-on where it counts, and always anchored to measurable outcomes for the client.
